Do you guys have any experience with CRMs like Dynamic, Salesforce, Zoho, BItrix24. If you have which one is better? We have whole process created in PowerApps. We are planning to use CRM for our Sales and Marketing. Once the lead is converted it will come into our PowerApps scope.

Anything would be helpful.

Given how much you've done in Power Apps already, Dynamics is going to integrate the best. The Salesforce integrations with Power Apps are also fairly strong.

The bigger thing though with CRM implementations: make sure you are customizing the software to fit the existing or desired customer process, not the other way around. Too many CRMs go sideways when people are forced by the software to do things that don't make sense or don't add value.

Thank you so much for responding. We were thinking either Dynamics or Salesforce. But, I have no experience of Dynamics. And company wants a CRM that needs least customization. I've seen some videos of dynamics. It looked like there is lot you need to customize.

We just built a CRM in PowerApps, Dynamics is based on Dataverse which is what PowerApps can use also. So as you've built most of your solution with PowerApps anyway i would just expand on that. This blog has some info on this
