I created an attendance app for the employees in the US & Canada locations. The time is entered on a SPO list in CST (my location). An email is then generated via Power Automate with the time that the Rep calls in sick or is running late. This works for the US employees (CST), but not the Canadian employees, who are in the EST & AST time zones. Do you have a suggestion (an expression, perhaps) for getting the Power Automate email notification to reflect the submitter's time as entered without it automatically updating to the CST time zone?
