I have created a flow in power automate and established the connection with servicenow iam getting the error as follows.

1. The response from API 'service-now' operation 'GetRecordSchema' with status code '200' does not contain a valid OpenAPI schema object.

2. Flow server error returned with status code "BadGateway" and details "{"error":{"code":"DynamicSchemaResponseNotSchema","message":"The response from API 'service-now' operation 'GetRecordSchema' with status code '200' does not contain a valid OpenAPI schema object."}}".

Can you share a bit more details about your flow, a screenshot would be useful. I would also be good to know what record type you are trying to retrieve from ServiceNow.

Based on the error I assume you are using the Get Record action of the Service Connector?

And you said you have setup the connection. Are you using the basic auth connection?

I have the same error (I answered in the other post that they also report because we are about to go into production and this seriously affects us).

It's happening with flows that were working correctly and were not modified. The connector accepts the credentials but when I try to save the flow it throws that error.

It even happens to me with flows created from scratch that have a single action to query records from Service Now.

    Thanks.

In that case my suggestion would be to contact Power Automate support, since this is a Microsoft published connector.
