Get filename from SharePoint Copied Link for use in tool tip

I have a canvas PowerApp form creating an item in a SharePoint list that requires several hyperlink fields to receive pasted SharePoint document links. When the user pastes a link (either using Copy Link (or preferrably document ID) is it possible to get the linked file name into a variable, or directly into the tool tip or similar. The purpose is so that the user will then know they have pasted the correct link into the the correct field.

The file name data would be similar to if you paste the link into an Outlook email.

Has anyone done something similar or know if it is possible to get the file name 'property' from a link?

Thanks in advance.
