Cannot launch / or use PowerApps anymore | Dataverse Capacity at 0MB

Hello everyone,
kind of new to development, so I have a short administrative question that started to occur today.

My Power Apps worked perfectly fine, and since today, I cannot properly access the Apps. As Power Platform Admin, I can access the App, but I still have errors receiving the data.

Today, suddenly, the Capacity of my Tenants dropped to 0MB in the Power Platform Admin Center across all tenants in the company. The IT, on the other hand, could not find any problems and sent an image of a capacity of 4.8 GB for the tenant.

What would be a solution to fix the problem? Is it a license problem? Is a Common Data Service license an issue? I am kinda stuck on it right now.

Thank you already for your help!

Best regards

    Hi,

This seems like a license problem. Most likely, you were on a license trial that recently expired removing, the database capacity, you can check the storage capacity by source at https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/resources/capacity#summary

If you believe this is not your case, I suggest opening a Support ticket with Microsoft so they can investigate your environment, here is the documentation on how to do so:  https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/get-help-support

    Hope this helps.
    Anthony.
