I have the following error during solution deployment, but I am having trouble understanding what is missing because I cannot find Type=80 in the documentation.

See: DependentComponentType or See: solutioncomponent EntityType on Microsoft Learn.

Error Message:
The missing dependencies are :
<MissingDependencies>
<MissingDependency>
<Required type="80" schemaName="c123_GoNoGo" displayName="Go/No-Go" solution="Active" />
<Dependent type="appaction" displayName="c123__AnswerQuestions!94ddee69d7854ddfb59c7f04c35cb5a3!c123_GoNoGo!c123_questionnaire!2" id.uniquename="avisplae__AnswerQuestions!94ddee69d7854ddfb59c7f04c35cb5a3!avisplae_GoNoGo!c123_questionnaire!2" />
</MissingDependency>
</MissingDependencies> , ProductUpdatesOnly : False'

Any ideas?

    Hi,

    The error message indicates that your solution is missing a required dependency, specifically a component of type 80 with the schema name c123_GoNoGo.

    Check if c123_GoNoGo is a Security Role
    • Go to Power Platform Admin Center → Environments.
    • Select the environment where the solution exists.
    • Click on Security roles.
    • Look for a role named c123_GoNoGo.
    • If it exists, it was likely not included in your solution export.
    • If it does not exist, it may have been deleted or not available in the target environment.
    • 2. Include the Security Role in Your Solution
    If the role exists but wasn’t included:
    • Open Power Apps → Solutions.
    • Edit your solution and click "Add Existing".
    • Select Security Role and add c123_GoNoGo.
    • Export and re-import the solution.
    If Security Role Doesn’t Exist in the Target Environment
    • If c123_GoNoGo was removed or isn’t present in the target, you may need to manually create it or assign a similar role.
    Assign the Correct Role Manually
    • After importing the solution, manually assign users the appropriate role in Power Platform Admin Center → Users & Permissions.

    Please click Accept as solution if my post helped you solve your issue. This will help others find it more readily. It also closes the item
