Failed flow

Hello,

It happened that my flow failed - flow inserts row to excel, which was at that time open in browser. But the flow didnt automaticaly try to do task again later.

How is this resolved? This time had to go to my flows and when clicking "resubmit" there the flow was sucessful.

Is there some way to get notificatons on mail when flow fails? Or to make it retry failed flow automaticaly?

Thanks

    Hi Andrejker,

Would you please share a screenshot of the detailed actions and trigger of your flow so that I could try to create a similar one and test if the issue could be reproduced?

Also, so far it is not possible to get notification on mail when flow fails, but I've seen similar request before, you could post this idea in the Flow Ideas forum, so it might be considered for future releases.

    Hi Andre,

After some test, I think we should focus on the "To" field in the trigger. Here is my test result:

    1. When I put my own email address of the o365 outlook in the "TO" field, I got no runs in flow even when I receive a new email in o365 outlook. But I didn't get error message like yours.

    2. When I put nothing or other email addresses in the "TO" field, all runs end successfully.

In that case, would you please try to remove the email address or change a new one to test?

    Regards,

    Mona
