I have a comment box where communication between two users exists. It is set to parent.default so that the comments in the SP list are visible at all times. At some point, the communication issues are resolved and the comments need to be deleted. Outside of having a user go to the edit screen, highlight the text in the comment box and hit delete, is there a way of having the text deleted with a button. This comment box is in a form. Ive tried the reset form function but it doesnt work. I have the same issue with a series of checkboxes that i wish to have empty but have to manually delete each one, then save.
Seems like you may need to update comments to blank ("") on the record after a status change (resolved)?
do i link that to a datacard or checkbox that signifies the issue is complete?
