What are the Properties of emails in Outlook's "Sent Items" folder?

Hello!

I'm building an app that requires me to delete the most recently sent email from a user's "Sent Items" Outlook folder. I've managed to extract the email ID of their most recently received email in their Inbox but need to do the same for their "Sent Items" so that I can reference the email and delete it.

This is what worked when I deleted the most recently received item in the inbox:

This works but, after switching the folderPath in the first line to "Sent Items", I am forced to switch the property in the second line since "DateTimeReceived" is specific to delivered items. I have tried labels like "SentOn", "DateTimeSent", "SentDateTime" but alas, not of them have worked. I'm pretty new to PowerApps so if someone knows the name of the property I'm trying to reference or knows how I can find its name, I'd be really grateful!

Thanks!

    Hello,

Using Power Automate to delete data in the Sent Items folder will definitely be more efficient, especially when you need to handle more than 25 emails.

The current Outlook connector in Power Apps can be insufficient due to this limit.

You can trigger Power Automate from Power Apps to delete data from the Sent Items folder.

    Please follow the steps below:

Firstly, add the Outlook "Send an HTTP request" action.

    • URI: https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/users/huseyin_korhan@zetaleap.com/mailFolders/SentItems/messages?$top=5
    • Method: GET

Secondly, add the "Apply to each" action.

    • Use this value: body('Send_an_HTTP_request')?['value']

As the third step, within "Apply to each," add the Outlook "Delete email (V2)" action.

    • In the Message Id field, enter this value: item()?['Id']
