Capsule CRM trigger problem

I have a flow where I am using "When an opportunity is created" as a trigger. Worked fine in a test environment but in production environment the flow gets in an infinite loop. The flow is triggered over and over again for all opportunities in the CRM system. 

 

Any sugestion on what might be the problem?
