Power Automate - Approval (First to respond) message body after approval

Hi guys,

I've recently started working with the approvals action in power automate to manage some approval processes within my work place. And i ran into this small inconvenience. When someone else gives their approval, the notification doesn't show who did it or when they did it. It just says that the order has been completed (check out the image below). But, interestingly, when I'm the one approving, I get some extra details.

Is there any workarounds that would let us customize this part of the message body without having to send another email notification with the approval details ?

Thanks in advance.

    You can build a notification using the teams “send a notification” or “post a message to channel or chat” action and just pass the “approver” value with your custom message. You might be able to build the URL to hyperlink to the approval.

    @Shedronne ,

    Unfortunately, no.

    The email includes an outlook adaptive card which is part of the Approvals service and there is not to much to do with that.

    What it's recommended for users / organization is to integrate the Approval service in Teams, where you can follow up in detail the approvals status.  The approval install can be forced with an organization policy by admins (and every user to have it on Teams).

    and here are the approval details (there is only one approver set in this example, but in case of more than one approvers the other ones will be shown with no answer).

    Hope it helps !
