My flow from MS Forms to SP just started breaking. I now get the error: Action 'Create_item' failed- and the details say 'user cannot be found.'
The form field I am using is an author field, where the user inputs the name or alias of the author, but the SP site is now saying 'user not found.' This happens whether we use an alias, a full email address or a name. This has been working for the last year, so I'm unsure as to why it broke now. But now, none of my forms are populating my SP list because of that one field. Any help I can get would be greatly appreciated.
