Resolved the issue by breaking the flow into two separate flows

Hello Everyone,

I created an app for users to add multiple attachments to a SharePoint and send for approval. For the most part, the app and flow is working fine. The users can upload attachments. The attachments are added to the Sharepoint item but I'm receiving duplicate approval emails. There's only one flow linked to the app and no other flows running.

Hi

Sorry cannot see your stuff. How doe sit look to you, for me its all super overlapped etc. So I cannot tell what you aroing

However if its sending more than 1 email, then its in a loop.

Are you attaching multiple attachments to your datacard? If so, it'll loop through each of your attachments and send it for approval. Is there anything which makes it duplicate or showing same attachment in all your approvals?

I noticed the flow is running twice -- once for each attachment
