    Hi @Annie

Get user profile (V2) expectes the UPN or email address. Make sure you are mapping one of these values.  I can see this step is placed under a loop. So make sure that all the records have UPN or email address. If you don't have the values for all the records then add an IF condition to check before it pass to Get user profile step.

    Thanks

    Hi @abm ,

Thanks for your reply.  I think the problem I have is that the SharePoint list I use only has user names (as Action Owners), but not user emails.  I tried to run a flow with a test list i created. It seems that I can directly choose 'Action Owner Email' from the parameter list for the test list but not for this one.  So for this list, I used expression: item()?['ActionOwner/Email'] to get the user email address.  Does this create the error?

Thank you in advance. Regards, Annie

    Hi @Annie

Is this a custom column in your list?

    Thanks

    Hi @abm ,

Yes, the column name is Action Owner, Type is Person or Group which allows you to pick the user name from the corporate address book. Thank you.

    Hi @Annie

Thanks for your reply. I would say add a compose above the Get user profile step and map the

    items('Apply_to_each')?['ActionOwner/Email']

Check the run history after the run.

    Thanks
