Approval flow email in outlook

I have approval flow which triggers approval email when new item is created in SharePoint. When I receive email, there are two parts-
1. Approval - in which item link is showing but when I click on it doesn’t work.
2. Original message- I have to unhide it to click on the link which takes me to the SharePoint.

Is there any solution to this issue? Thanks

What email client are you using? Does it happen that way if you use The web based Outlook client in Office 365? The link that isn't working is embedded in an action card and different mail client's have varying support for action cards.

I have not checked it on web client but on mobile it works as expected. We use office 365 and expectation is it should work as simple in outlook 365, is there any way where we can omit the embedded approval card or any other way?

If you are saying that you are using the Office 365 pro plus version of Outlook then it should work. I am not aware of any way to omit sending the action card. I haven't tried in a week or so, but the last time I did the action cards worked fine on my copy of Outlook installed from Office 365.
