flow to update a record in Planner when the associated record in Azure devops is updated

Dear community,

Has anyone out there implemented a flow that will update a record in planner (Ideally project online) whenever the associated record in Azure devops is updated. IF so, could you provide detailed steps on how to replicate this. When I try to use the Update a Task (V2) it is asking for a Task I, therefore, I assume I need to have that value stored in Azure DevOps somehow in order to use it later in the flow. Even when I attempted to hard code the Task ID in the Update a Tash (V2) step it failed with "Unable to find a record" so clearly doing something wrong. I did wonder whether I need to have some sort of connection to the project itself but even then, when I tried to add a "Get Plan Details" step and added the ID it failed so kind of stumped.

If someone has soled this and is able to provide detailed step by step instructions in how to accomplish then then I would be very grateful.

Regards

    You can use the unique id of the Task and store that in a field in your ADO work item.

    Below is an example
    In this example I used square brackets around the id, which makes it a bit easier to identify them with an indexOf function.

    1. The create ADO ticket flow

    2. The update flow

    substring(triggerOutputs()?['body/fields/System_Title'], 1, sub(indexOf(triggerOutputs()?['body/fields/System_Title'], ']'),1))

    Happy to help out 😁
