Change HTML table style in PowerAutomate to show data coming from MS Forms in vertical table

Hi,

I have created a Power Automate to extract data from MS Forms and create a PDF file. The form is very long and the results are showing as a horizontal table and missing most of the data. Is there a way to switch the table to show in vertical and make it look more user friendly?

Many thanks

Figen

    Hi @Figen

Let's take form which has two fields like below:

    Nived_Nambiar_0-1704390741479.png

Now to show everything like vertical table, try like this:

    Nived_Nambiar_1-1704390775198.png

    Nived_Nambiar_2-1704390789276.png

the above step create vertical styled table

Now use send email activity with output of compose action in email body

    Output would be :

    Nived_Nambiar_4-1704390884443.png

    Thanks & Regards,

thank you, I will try, although it will take a long time as I have a lot of fields.

@Nived_Nambiar thank you so much! I managed to work through and add all my fields and I am now getting the table layout I need, perfect!

I can start a new thread but I thought I would ask here first, as my form has multiple branching options and therefore some questions are not answered, is there a clever way to only display the questions answered? i.e. ignoring the blank fields..

I would also like to format the table to make it look pretty with bold and maybe a few colours 🙂

    Appreciate all the help!
