Does anyone know by when Power Automate will have the functionality for a trigger on Planner when a task is moved between buckets? And how can this be formally requested with Microsoft?
This has been an ongoing requirement for many, with posts going back over 6 years?
Currently only the following is supported an no progress on this since over 6 years:
- When a new task is created
- When a task is completed
- When a task is assigned to me
The work around to have a timer trigger, to loop through each task and match it to a status in (lets say in a sharepoint list) to see if it moved, creates so many power automate actions, especially as boards grow, and causes un-necessary complexity.
