Forwarding Emails Sent to Internal Group Distributions to External Emails

Hi all,

 

We have several Microsoft Groups set up internally. We want to forward emails that come to these groups to an external (outside our domain) email address. Every time I set up a rule predicated on matching on one of these distributor lists, my rule does not run. Any suggestions here (I've attached the first step of my flow)?

 

I've tested the following:

  • If I make the rule trigger on my own email address/any email that's not a distribution group, then I have no errors and the email forwarding sends
  • Email forwarding to an external email address works
