Design Question with Outlook Mail Connector

Hi,

I have a use case that I am working on where I want to take the contents of a web form that gets emailed and create a record in a Power App that uses a Sharepoint List as the back end.

My question at this stage is just about firing the flow. Nothing more.

What I would like to do is give a "gatekeeper" ie user the ability to have to approve adding the record into the Power App to eliminate spam completions of the form going in to the Power App.

I was hoping the Outlook Connector might be able to look for something like an email being flagged or maybe a Category being assigned to it

Any advice to the approach for achieving this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Todd

It can not look for a category being assigned, but it CAN look for a flag.
