Hi,
Looking for some assistance please.
I have a flow that does the following:
1. When a form is submitted (Trigger)
2. Post a message on our MS Teams channel
3. Create a Task (Planner)
4. Update Tasks Details with contents of the form as notes
5. Send an email notification to the submitter of the form and our shared mailbox
Secondary flow consists of:
1.When a task is completed (Trigger)
2. Get Task Details
3. IF "Insert Label" is true, then to send out an email based on this condition
Desired outcome:
We would like this email to be sent to the submitter instead of the Power Automate owner or Created By (Also Flow Owner). The problem is that this information is not parsed or stored anywhere since it is its own flow isolated from the first one. The only place this email address of the user is stored is within the first line of the notes field.
Please see screenshots of both flows, is there anyway this can be achieved?
Thanks,
Richard
