Do until loop inside a condition that has a parallel branch is stuck

I am building a solution where it sends reminder emails to the manager for approval. I have the delay time set to 1 day inside the Do until loop.
The flow is now stuck inside the Do Until loop and is not moving forward even though the manager has approved.
Thoughts?
