Error from token exchange: Runtime call was blocked because connection has error status ...

Please does anyone know how to resolve the above?

I have the same connection (al least the name of connection is the same) for each of 5 Get user profile (V2).  Four of them work and other make the action fail (pic1). I am not sure which connection is working because they have the same name.
On the other hand, in https://make.powerautomate.com/environments/Default-f....d/connections,    I can see multiple connections for office365users (pic2), but cannot distinguish which one is good.
How to handle it?

Err msg:
Error from token exchange: Runtime call was blocked because connection has error status: Enabled| Error, and sharepointonline is in the block list. Connection errors: [ParameterName: token, Error: Code: Unauthorized, Message: 'Failed to refresh access token for service: sharepointonlinecertificatev2. Correlation Id=06....

Thanks in advance

the "order" of the connection should be the same within the flow, so you can use that as indicator on which connection the first 4 is using and select the same for the 5th.

Or you can go to the "connection" data section in power automate (not in the flow) and check if any shows as invalid connection
