Hello,

I'm trying to create an approval process for a manually triggered flow but it keeps coming up with the following error - InvalidApprovalRequestor

No matter what name in the organization I list in the "Assigned to" it'll come up with this error.

The name listed is myself and within the organization and can get other flow actions like emails to me etc so I don't understand why it's not working.

Anyone able to help on this one?

Hello @adammcmeeken

How are you triggering the Flow?

Are you triggering from the Test button / previous run? If so, this might be the issue

If the above is not your case, can you add an Compose action right above the Start and wait for approval.

Inside the Compose, add your email address.

Than reference the Compose outputs in the Approval action.

It's still saying the same thing:

If this is right do you suggest should I just delete this flow and start again from the beginning to see if there's a glitch someone in this specific flow? I've only just added the approval process from an existing flow.

Hi @adammcmeeken

Is the email you are using for the Requestor in the same Organization as your user creating the flow?

You could try and re create the Approval connection. So this by clicking the 3 dots on the approval action and clicking +Add new connection
