How to filter incoming e-mails in a shared mailbox on names in the signature?

Hello,

I am working in a shared mailbox and would like to create a flow where I can filter incoming e-mails on names in the signature. At the moment I have created a flow where is use 'condition' to filter the e-mails in the body of the e-mail, but this is not working.

Any idea what to do?

    Hi @zoegijsbers

Could you show how body of email looks like , specifically the signature part.

    Hi @zoegijsbers,

please don't hide the real  names - create a fake signature and show it.

Also - can you sort based on the From: email address instead of based on the signature?

    Capture.PNGHi,

No, unfortunately we cannot filter on the from. We work with 10 people from the same e-mail address and we would like to create a flow when we receive an answer on our earlier sent e-mail it will be moved to the mailbox of the person who sent out the e-mail.

For example: When I sent an e-mail to you I want your answer to be moved to my mailfolder. If correct, the e-mail with your answer will contain my name in my signature. That is the part which I want to create a filter on.

Any idea on how to accomplish this?
