Retrieving a user's calendar IDs

Hi,

I'm using a flow which adds items into Outlook Calendars based on a record created in the Dataverse. I want the Outlook Calendar of the user relating to the record in Dataverse to be the one where the item is added

i.e. Worker X creates leave request -> Leave request approved -> Outlook Calendar item added to Worker X's calendar

All workers have their email address stored in D365HR/Dataverse and this aligns with the email address used for their Outlook Calendars.

Thanks
