Form ID not showing up in Flow

Hello,

Every time I try to integrate Forms into a flow, it seems that I can't access any of the forms that I've created. It can't be a permissions issue since I'm the owner/creator of these forms. Whenever I go to pick a Form Id, it only shows "No Items" and "Enter Custom Value" in the dropdown menu. Apparently I can't post images to this board so I can't show a screenshot of the issue.........

Is there something I'm doing wrong? I would assume stuff like this just works? I appreciate any help you guys can provide.

@keith2474   Do NOT use the Forms template but build your flow from scratch. Immediately after the "when a new response is submitted trigger" add the "get response details" action and select Response ID from the dynamic content box.

@mobcdi  How did you change Response ID to "current item"?  I only get "List of response notifications Response Id" in Dynamic content...

@TylerH1 yet another reason not to use the new designer. What I wrote previously works fine on classic.

Thank you, this should be the marked solution, not the broken/nonworking suggestion above by RobElliot.

In case it helps others as of Feb 2024 (for me at least) when i add a get response action it automatically gets wrapped in a apply to each action.

Also copying the FormID from the forms url does work but i wasn't getting the form fields as dynamic fields in subsequent steps until I changed the ResponseID to "current item" in the Get response details action.

I'm having the same issue.  I connected my Group Form via ID, but the only available Dynamic content is "List of Response notifications Response ID".  Please help!

Re: Form ID not showing up in Flow

Make sure you're not creating the flow from a template which puts in an unneccesary Apply to each and causes lots of issues. Just go straight from when a new response is submitted to get response details with no apply to each.

@cheslinga just the part after the FormID= and before &Preview (if you are copying it from the preview screen.
