I've created a powerautomate flow which runs from a sharepoint list. The flow is to read from an expiry date within the list and then fire an email off when the expiry date is within 30days. However it keeps sending the same alert every day, Is there a way i can amend this so it only reminds me once for each item within list?

Thanks, Thats what i ended up doing and works a treat. Added an addtional filter on Get items

And then once the flow has ran, it automatically changes the AutomationCSR to Yes which means it exlcudes on next run

Hi

You would need to create another SharePoint list, OR add a column to the one you have, so that when you "Remind", you update that Column, OR the other list to say you already reminded for this one, don't do it again

You have to build that mechanism in.
