Power App Flow - 504 Gateway Timeout Error for 2 second flow

I have the error on one of my flows: 
 
The flow is called from a Power App and only takes a few seconds to run before it responds back to the power app. Why might I be getting this error?

    Hi there! Could we also see what is happening in the "Do Until" portion of your flow? This will help us to determine if there are any underlying issues that could be preventing the flow from executing correctly. Thank you!

    Open the monitor in your studio session and track it from that side. There might be something going on which is causing your app not to wait for the response.
