Hello,
I have an interesting situation with a connector becoming unauthorized without any notification. I have a flow that triggers when a new row is added in Smartsheet. This week, I received a notification that my flow had been disabled because it was consistently failing, but I saw no flow runs over the last 28 days.
My first thought was to check Smartsheet itself to see if there was any activity, and I quickly got my answer when I found that my Smartsheet license had been revoked without warning by my company's admin. I am currently working on resolving that issue separately, but along the way I found that, unfortunately, the Smartsheet form we had set up had been collecting entries without processing any into Power Automate for some time.
When trying to determine the exact day this happened, I came across some reporting in Admin Center that seemed to indicate once 20k "unauthorized" calls are made, the flow disables. I could be wrong, but I believe these are just power automate confirming the connection is still valid?
Anyway, I wanted to see if there is a more proactive way that I could be notified when a connection becomes "unauthorized" in case something like this happens again. Ideally, it wouldn't, but best to plan for the worst if possible.
Thanks!
