Announcement template and scheduling in teams

I'm an educator and I'm using Teams in the classroom (not online) for my day to day communication and teaching tool.

 

I started putting my daily plan as an announcement in the General channel. Part of the daily plan is pretty much the same each day. Is there a way to build a template announcement?

 

At the same time, is it possible to build a flow to schedule announcements? I have seen a solution for a basic conversation, but not for an announcement (with the title, title background, subtitle and message).

    Thank you very much for your post.

     

    I'm afraid it's currently impossible to schedule announcement. This feature is unavailable from Teams. Thus, it can not to used through flow so far. We can user Power Automate flow to schedule a message to a channel but not an announcement. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

     

    We do have such kind of idea published in Microsoft UserVoice.
