Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

Hello - I am going to try to give as much detail as I can, but I am new to power apps so please bare with me. A form was created through MS teams. It is open what we call business cases. It is opened through MS teams, not through the SharePoint version. However I wanted to make some changes to the form, so I opened in SharePoint and then went to power apps to adjust the form to my liking. After publishing said new form, we cannot open a new form in MS teams like we used to be able to do. Can anyone help or let me know what other details might be needed?
