Perform unbound action regarding field

Hi

I am trying to use the perform unbound action to send email template when there is a new registration on an event in Dynamics Marketing.

The problem i have is that i cannot solve what must be put in the Regarding field. 

I also noted that event or event registrations are not available in the crmbaseentity. Is this perhaps the issue screencaptur-flow-microsoft2.pngscrenscature 2.png.
