Parent to child updates flow

Hi All:

I have a flow that replicates the values from the parent to child list. However, I have one field from a parent that I am having a hard time getting it down to the child. The field in the Parent list is a multiple choice and more than one choice can be selected.

Parent field (data type-Choice):

The flow (even without the semicolon - still produce the same outcome as below):

Hi @Holly_CMS

Could you please tell me:
Do you want to assign the choices in the multiple choices column of the parent table to the text column of the child table?
I suggest you to use the method of appending variables.
I made a test for your reference:
