2 questions:

1. flow keep telling me below, does anyone know how can i fix it .it happens suddenly since a couple weeks ago prior to that the flow work just fine and i have changed nothing (maybe  i have changed microsfot login password as system prompt me to change as it's over certain days)

Action 'Update item' failed

Fix It

If this error was temporary, you can try resubmitting the run and the issue may have been resolved.

Error type

This action failed because of an error in the connect

my flow is using get items from sharepoint (that fulfill special odata features) and then update item in sharepoint

2. does anyone knows what's the easiest way for me to copy all the information in one screen and then create another screen that has exactly these detials so i can modify on the copied version? (this way the original version is also kept)

thx so much

    Hi @dorachow,

For your first question, could you please share a screenshot of your flow's configuration? Could you please share more details about the error message?

I have made a test on my side and don't have the issue that you mentioned. Please check if you have provided proper value within these fields of the "Update item" action. In addition, you could consider re-create a new connection to the "Update item" action within your flow and try your flow again to check if the issue is solved.

More details about troubleshooting a flow, please check the following article:

    Troubleshooting a flow

For your second question, could you please share a bit more about the screen that you mentioned? Is it the screen within a PowerApps app?

If you could provide more details about your scenario, we would provide a proper workaround for you.

    Best regards,

    Kris
