Hi community

I am having an issue with my workflow below. When my populate workflow is successful, it is skipping the next workflow. I have tried recreating all flows again and keeps getting stuck.

can anyone help?

    Hi @fajlil

can you do me a favor please.

On the Send me an email notification, click the ... (in edit mode) at the end

    Click on Configure Run After

And take a screen shot and share here.

To me this looks like the Configure Run After is incorrectly set and is in fact NOT wanting the previous step to succeed.

    Hence why it is skipped.

If you like my answer, I would really appreciate if you please Mark it as Resolved, and give it a thumbs up, so it can help others

    Cheers

    Hi

The configuration for the notification is if populate has failed is skipped has time out.

the the Create file is configured as a populate after "is successful".

    and when i run it.

no matter what i put under the Populate Word flow, it does not complete it.

    @fajlil

I do have to admit that is weird.

Can I ask you to try one other thing, just so we can verify its an issue with that connector(which would mean opening a ticket)

Can you do a branch under Get Response details

For the word template, make it the Failed side.

On the succeed side, put 2 compose in a row and just put true in both. Its illy but I just want to see your flow continue beyond the first action after the Get Response Details.

Also for the actions that are skipped, when you look at the output, do they "say skipped due to conditions not being met"?

    Hi Michael

I have added what you have mentioned and it appears it is "skipping" no matter if it is successful or failed.

I have checked another flow i created on the same premise and that seems to be working fine.

I think i should re-create the flow from scratch.

I have created the whole flow from scratch and it seems to be working now.
