Hi,

I want to create a flow in Power Automate for a list in SharePoint. I have created a list with the following columns: responsible person, deadline, folder link. I want an email to be sent two weeks before the deadline, if the folder in the folder link column is empty, and from that moment on, every week until a file is uploaded in the respective folder. Once a file has been uploaded, the emails should stop. I have tried different options, but I can't seem to get that first step in. I can only send an email until a file is uploaded, but then people who have uploaded their file will also receive an email, which I don't want.

Any ideas?

I am not really understanding what you have working, but it sounds like you just need to figure out how to send the notification two weeks before the deadline and the rest you have working. If so:

Create a scheduled flow that runs daily at the time you want the notification to be sent.
Use a Get items action with a filter on your deadline field to check if the current date is equal to the deadline date minus 14 days. Dates in filter queries must be formatted using the ISO8601 date format (yyyy-MM-dd) to work. If run today, it would get items due on 2024-01-16.
Add a condition with a length expression to see if at least one item was found.
If items were found, add an Apply to each to send the notification for each item found.
