So i have Form where my customers request for some plan, the plan when rejected does not have for my customer to revise their plan.

My customers fill up their plan through microsoft forms > which goes through an approval process >

if approved > the customers are informed of the decision and the services are offered (ok on this part)

if rejected > the customers are informed of the decision on email. there is no option for the customers to revise their plan and re-submit their application.

Please suggest a flow.

PS: my customers can be random people

    Hi @sjehanzeb,

Do you want the customer to revise the form via flow? I am afraid that it might be not possible using flow.

Under If rejected branch, you are going to send an email to the customer. Then in the email body, you could suggest the customer submit the form again, and insert the link of the form in the email body so that your customer could resubmit their application by clicking the link.

The link of the form could be inserted in the email body likes below:

    <a href="https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=eFqdbHBs6tu9tTZRFFnqXWKpjci-xUQ05EU1M5WFVLUzNMVFBTUDQzSlRGUlFYMi4u"> resubmit link</a>

Note: Make sure select Yes for the Is HTML field.

I have made a flow likes below, please take it for a reference.

    Best regards,
