Send confirmation mails to a few users without waiting for confirmation,

Hi,
I have a flow that the trigger is "When a new item is created in SP", and the apply each action is to send a confirmation mail (outlook) to the user. But in some cases I have more than one item in the SP so I'd like to send the confirmation mail to a few users without waiting for the confirmation.
Nowadays, the second mail will be sent only when the first user click on the confirmation bottom in the mail.

I'd appreciate your recommendation for the best practice in this case:

    @Anonymous I don't understand why you are using an apply to each as there is only one item being created.

    Thank for your quick response @RobElliott.

    The "apply to each" is automatically added t when I used the share-point list field. I assume that sometimes more than 1 item has been created.

    Hey Mate

    @Anonymous

    I assume the Full Name is returning an array (more that one value).

    Please initialize a variable at the top.

    Set the variable before the send an email action. Outside the apply to each loop.

    Hi @CFernandes / @RobElliott  Unfortunately it does not fit my need as when I create 2 items for example the first value of the field "Yael" and the second "Yoav".

    The variable will be "Yoav" (after the apply each will be done).

    The email will be sent only to Yoav and the first value will be missed.

    In my case I'd like to send 2 mails to Yael and then Yoav without waiting for the confirmation.

    Am I missing something?

    Thanks,

    Yael Al-Dor
