Action 'manual' failed

Hi, 

I am creating an Update a Row flow in Power Bi desktop but getting an error after running it. 
Here is the screenshot.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

     

    In the screenshot I can see you are trying to update the same Power BI Data in two fields, but I would like to know what are the field types you are trying to update, are you updating the right type of data? Please give the error details.

    I am getting the same error, when I click on the "fix the trigger" in the history - view:

    Further info:

    When clicking on the red exclamation mark, the item opens and the first thing I get is:
