Hi All,

I have a requirement where I need to show Help Desk ticket data source which is in SharePoint Online as Chatbot with Power Virtual Agents (PVA)
I found a blog
It explains it can be done.
But PVA has its own license
Can I use this blog and still use the PVA chatbot?
Any other guidance that I can use SharePoint Online chatbot with Power Virtual Agents?

Please advice.

The Power Automate flow that you will call from the Chatbot uses the standard SharePoint connector to get the data and pass it back to the bot. Since you aren't using any premium connectors you should be fine with the PVA license and the Office 365 license (SharePoint). You can do this inside the Teams environment with just the PVA license that is included with Teams. But if you want to do it in regular PVA then you would need the PVA license and the SharePoint license.
