Hello,
In Microsoft flows, I can see options to add a user to a Team but I don't see an option to list all the Teams that a user is in and also the option to remove a user from the Team.
Does anyone have a solution for this?

It's unfortunate that there is no direct action that could remove members from a Team.
As a workaround, you could use Microsoft Graph API to approach that, here is a document you could refer to:
