Well, even if MS allow us to use Triggers in the midle of the flows, i don't think that it is such a good habit. The flow runs in a 'step by step' mode, it seens very very unnecessary to me, and a potential bug (as it is happening to you right now). BTW: If you're already adding a new row, why do you need a trigger to "when a new row is added, deleted, etc"? You don't need to "retrigger" the flow, he's already running o.O, Anyway, maybe if you share the whole flow with us, we could understand better and help you.
