Triggers used inside power automate flow not working

Hi

I have a power automate flow which has a sequence of actions. After the Send Email action(ref image), I have used a trigger which waits and runs when a table is modified in Dataverse. This flow has been running well for a month and suddenly it stopped working. The flow waits in the trigger and doesn't move on at all. The changes made in the table are not getting reflected in the trigger. Has anyone experienced a similar scenario or do you know what could have possibly gone wrong?  I am currently using a developer environment.

As far as I know, the only right place of the trigger is start of the flow.

We have used it in the middle of the flow and it worked fine for a month. It suddenly stopped working. What could be the reason for this behaviour?

Could you please show me any MS recommendation to use a trigger in the middle of the flow?

Well, even if MS allow us to use Triggers in the midle of the flows, i don't think that it is such a good habit. The flow runs in a 'step by step' mode, it seens very very unnecessary to me, and a potential bug (as it is happening to you right now). BTW: If you're already adding a new row, why do you need a trigger to "when a new row is added, deleted, etc"? You don't need to "retrigger" the flow, he's already running o.O, Anyway, maybe if you share the whole flow with us, we could understand better and help you.
