New to the forum, requesting help as i am struck

I am trying to create a flow to update existing items based on the current status. e.g. i have 4 rows created with Name "Customer1" with status as "Pending" and when i create 5th Row for "Customer1" with Status as "Completed" all the existing 4 rows should get the status updated to "Completed" from "Pending".

I need formula for Filter Query under Get items control. currently updated formula "triggerOutputs()?['body/Title']" which isnt working.

 

any help in getting a formula will be a great help. thanks in advance.

    You need to type in the column name that you are trying to filter in the SharePoint list Close Pre Items based on trigger.

     

    Let's say I was trying to filter a Get Items by a column in the list named "EmployeeNames" with the output of a trigger that is When an Item is created.

     

    The Filter Query would be:

    EmployeeNames eq 'triggerOutputs()?['body/Title']'

     

    Get Items Filter QueryGet Items Filter Query
