Cloud Flow for Teams connection authentication issue

I have a Cloud flow (Teams) triggered by Power Apps in Teams.    The connection authentication has expired and it will not authenticate when I try to fix it and I can't add a new connection either.   It just spins and spins and spins.

 

This is a critical flow and I need to get it working.

 

Any ideas?
