Custom SP Site Template with Document library(contain custom columns and Power Automate workflow)

I need to create a custom SharePoint Online template that contains an SP Document library with custom columns and a custom Power Automate workflow attached to it. How do we create a Site Template to include this SP document library?

The Document Library uses a custom Content Type.

is it you like to create a sharepoint document librray when a new site is created - like adding specific columns etc ?

Hi @Nived_Nambiar,

Yes, I need a SharePoint document library with custom columns and a custom workflow within a SharePoint online Teamsite. I would then need to create a custom site template of the site, so that it can be reused.

Hi

So the flow should create the site and then create a document library inside that - correct ?

Also when this kind of flow should trigger ?

Hi @Nived_Nambiar,

No. That's not my requirement.

So I want a Site template(which will come under 'From your Organization' tab).

When I manually apply this site template, along with other things like theme, pages,homepage webparts etc, I want a specific Document library(say LibA) that has custom columns(from a custom content type) and a PA workflow attached to LibA to be created.

I need to know if this is possible and if yes, any help with the Site scripts would be much appreciated.
