Users cannot see apps outside "default environment"

We are trying to launch an app inside Teams and the app is not accessible. However users can access the app with the direct powerapp link in a web browser. The issue is this:

Which is NOT resolved. We are not doing that for every end user. Until the app is accessible in Teams without doing any sort of interaction with a web browser, the issue is not resolved. The software is not working as intended.

I know this isn't the answer to your question, it's just a thought.

If you only want to access the app from within a team, have you considered building it in the Teams Power App studio?

No, because I want the app accessible in a web browser AND Teams. For first interaction we want users to access the app in Teams so that they get used to accessing apps in Teams. Web browser is a backup method.

Hi @marmo ,

I can see all apps I own (or co-own) in every environment when I add an App to Teams (I assume you refer to the + icon at the top). Are you saying you cannot add it, or the users cannot see it?
