Can you confirm that the account used in the flow has the roles needed to create SharePoint sites?

Here is some sample code to to create a test site using the HTTP request:

@ekarim2020 , Yes the user who is running the flow is the site collection administrator.

Also,I have custom solutions uploaded at SIte collection level and I am using them to create subsite under same site collection with custom template.

I am using different url to crate subsite, /_api/web/webinfos/add with Post and getting error like

"File or arguments not valid for site template '{3B27D009-DE90-4ABF-A743-F6EB71ED08B6}#SITE TEMPLATE - ospWind - 20180917-200p' or Access Token Not Found

Also one more issue, some of the my solutions are not visible under create subsite option, Any idea why this happens?

    Please help.

    Thanks

It looks like the flow does not have the access token.  Try placing an out-of-the-box SharePoint action (such as the "Get Lists" action) before this https action.  The Get Lists action will authenticate to your tenant, and then the REST action can use the access token.

I'm experiencing the same error, although I was using "When an item is created or modified" SharePoint connector, trying to interact with an old XML Form library. I have Site Administrator access.

Is this a tenant issue? The old library has an address that begins with a different site than our normal sites.

    Thanks for any help.

Started getting the same error today in Flow when using the 'Send an HTTP request to SharePoint' action. When opening the same API URL in a browser, it works fine. Anyone found a solution?

It is also happening when triggering a flow from Power Apps but it's not consistent. Sometimes the flow will run and sometimes not but the error is always on the first connection to SharePoint (SP). My first SP connection is a "Get Items".
As you all know - flows run under the context of the user logged into the Power App and all users are in the SP Owners group (Full control)

Same error happening from yesterday on two North Europe tenants. Flow triggered from SP Power Apps form. Flow failing on first SP step - Get File Properties.

Has this issue been solved already? I got the exact same error yesterday in one of my flows which before and after the error ran without any issues. It only happened with one run yesterday.
The error occured in an "Update item" action.

    Cheers!

Has this issue been solved already? I am encountering the same issue, and have tried using the get lists action
