Low Performance for China users

Hi experts,

We are facing a low performance for China users. The App keeps loading without reaching the first screen. The loading is much faster in other countries. Is there any way to improve that?

Do you mean that your app runs slowly in china?

Yes, it indeed has this problem.

As we all known about China's Internet policy, it restricts access to foreign websites.

So currently you could only visit powerapps from Office 365 ( Office 365 operated by 21Vianet (China) ), which runs not so fast.

There's no very good solution to improve this.

Maybe you could consider use VPN to pass the firewall. In foreign websites, your app may run more fast.

hello , i have the same issue with my china user and apps are in asia environnement location but our tenant is in Europe.
do you resolved theses issues ?

Hello,

I have the same issue. We use Powerapps using sharepoint as data source and the performance is very annoying. By my experience it seems actually the bad performance comes from the datasource only and not powerapps itself.

Someone has a solution, maybe suggest a different kind of data source?
