Can anyone guide how I can utilize the Data Gateway inside a File System connector in Power Automate.
My requirement is to create file on user's local folder fetching data from different sources.
I have already made flow and it's working perfect in my context, but when it is shared with people, they are not able to get the result.
I have created a Data Gateway and shared it with all related users
I am using same data gateway to connect the File system in PA.
Further permissions given are, shared the flow, shared the app with all related users.
My questions are,
- Whether user need to install the data gateway in their local machine ?
- If yes, whether they can use their own credentials (O365 login) ?
- Whether licensing is a criteria to use Data Gateways ?
- If I have installed the gateway in a server, whether user will be able to utilize that (user with permission to the server)
Any inputs which guide me to all above doubts and related topics will be appreciated
